With over 9 years of experience Roko has a strong background in Direct Recruitment, specializing in senior-level positions, C-level executives, mid-level management and the most challenging technical positions. His track record includes successfully guiding startups, aggressive scaleups and large, global companies through the challenges of hiring top-performing talent and implementing scalable processes. With a proven record in mergers and acquisitions and taking companies public, Roko combines strategic vision with hands-on experience.

As a tech enthusiast, Roko is dedicated to leveraging New Age DigiTech Recruitment technology and processes & in the past three years, Roko has specialized in tech recruitment and has been instrumental in developing new-generation recruitment processes.

On a personal note, he has a unique sense of humor, enjoys spending hours watching car reviews, and has a passion for cooking but the thing he likes the most is anything connected to the sea. He can’t remember what he ate in the morning. Still, he can recite all models of a particular boat builder if you wake him at 2 AM, competes on a professional level in all sorts of Sport Fishing (particularly offshore) where he holds several local & 1 world record, and he's a certified Freediver and licensed Spearfishing instructor.
