Mihai Moglan is a Machine Learning Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and nearing the completion of a second degree in Management. A multiple-time winner of national and international competitions in physics, mathematics, programming, and robotics, he has proudly represented Moldova at global contests in these fields.

With extensive experience working with images, text, and tabular data, Mihai has contributed to the development of advanced solutions in various industries. At a cleantech startup, he worked on failure prediction and underperformance detection for leading windmill producers and parks, including Tata Group, Suzlon, and RWE. In the tourism sector, he designed review and image services to extract insights from customer feedback and optimize image selection, boosting customer engagement and interest. Additionally, he has supported solar energy forecasting initiatives, enabling solar parks to predict energy production up to seven days in advance.

Outside of work, he is committed to continuous learning and growth, often engaging with books, courses, and specialized training to enhance his skills. This dedication to innovation and problem-solving reflects a passion for creating impactful solutions across industries.
