Mirza is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of leadership experience in technical sales, business development, and professional services. Prior to joining Janea Systems, Mirza held various leadership positions within Softvision, later acquired by Cognizant, as a Technical Director and AVP of Professional Services. There, he was responsible for providing digital product engineering services, helping global enterprises across a variety of domains and industries, digitally transform, and creating impactful and custom digital experiences that connected brands with consumers in relevant and memorable interactions.

Before that, Mirza led the professional services organization at Xtream IT People, providing custom development and consulting services, building strategic partnerships with ISVs, Big Four consulting firms, and large SIs, and delivering software engineering and consulting services across various industries. Mirza was a Director at Microsoft, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives for corporate functions IT, delivered modern enterprise IT solutions, cloud transformation, modernized legacy applications and business processes, and improved performance and user experience.

Earlier in his career, Mirza worked in engineering, presales, and professional services roles at several product and services companies in Silicon Valley. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Osmania University and an MS in Computer Science from Wayne State University. He lives outside of Dallas in Plano, TX, with his wife and three children.
