Melisa Bahonjić is a Sales Professional with a rich full-sales cycle experience and a passion for driving success in the business world. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Tourism Management from VERN' University in Zagreb, Croatia providing her with a strong foundation for her career.

During her studies, Melisa showed interest in technology and product development, leading her to her first job in the IT industry, in a Sales Assistant role at the Croatian software agency Cinnamon. In the next five years, she advanced to the position of Business Development Lead and contributed to the agency's growth from 20 to 120 employees. Melisa's career journey spanned from her initial role, where she created and executed outbound sales strategy, to her eventual position, where she managed the complete sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales materials, improving sales processes, and maintaining vital client relationships.

Her role also involved training and supporting various teams within the organization, ensuring a seamless project handover. As Business Development Lead, she developed international market strategies, expanded the company's partner network, and acquired numerous clients.

Melisa is known for her problem-solving skills and high-level market research skills. At the same time, her highly personalized, human-oriented approach sets her apart as a professional who truly understands and connects with clients. The desire to learn and work in an international environment with enterprise clients brought her to Janea Systems, where she is now a member of the Digital Hunter Business Development & Research team.

In her free time, Melisa likes trying new recipes, going on trips to new places, and swimming.
