To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Lead Generation Experience: At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, specifically within software engineering consultancies or technology services. A proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads effectively.
- Knowledge of Lead Generation Tools: Basic understanding of lead generation tools and technologies
- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, for managing leads, tracking interactions, and ensuring accurate data maintenance.
- Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written forms.
- Understanding of the Software Development Services Market: Familiar with the landscape, including competitors and industry trends, and able to leverage this knowledge to identify potential opportunities and optimize outreach efforts.
- Organisational and Communication Skills: Highly organized with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple lead generation activities and effectively collaborating with Marketing and Sales team members.

- Results-Driven Mindset: A proactive approach to building and nurturing relationships with target prospects, consistently observing engagement signals and maintaining ongoing communication to guide prospects through the journey until they’re ready to engage with our services.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research abilities to conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, and spot industry trends that refine lead generation strategies and uncover potential growth areas.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification and Nurturing: Identify and qualify new leads within the software engineering and technology consulting space, nurturing relationships with prospects until they show buying intent.
- Data Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics for lead generation campaigns, continuously refining methods to enhance performance and meet goals.
- Event and Conference Support: Research relevant events and conferences for the sales team, assist with pre-conference and post-conference outreach, and provide support during the event to maximise lead generation opportunities.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the senior sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads, supporting them with follow-ups by scheduling engagement tasks, assisting with writing follow-up communications, and nurturing warm leads through ongoing engagement to drive conversions.
- CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in Pipedrive, ensuring the sales pipeline remains up-to-date and organized.
